OUR PRIMARY GOAL AT ABELINI IS TO DELIVER THE HIGHEST STANDARDS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SATISFACTION AT ALL TIMES. Therefore, AFTER YOU PURCHASE FROM US, IF YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH ANY ITEM WE WILL GLADLY OFFER A FULL REFUND OR EXCHANGE WITHIN 60 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER. FOR YOUR ITEMS TO QUALIFY FOR A FULL REFUND, THEY MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL SELLABLE STATE AND BE SENT BACK WITH ALL THE ACCOMPANIED CERTIFICATES AND IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

You should package your item(s) in their original packaging and include any accompanying certificates. Include a cover letter explaining the reason for the return, and your contact details so that we can quickly process your return/exchange request.

We can offer you an exchange on your order based on your order's eligibility as per our returns policy. Follow the return process detailed above, and we will contact you to place a replacement order once we have received the item and processed your request.
- Engraved products: Jewellery that has been engraved either by Abelini or another jeweller.
- Bespoke items (those ordered through our Bespoke Design Service).
- Any item which has been worn and is not in a resalable condition.
- Any item which has been re-sized; either by Abelini or another jeweller.
Once the item is received, it will be sent to the Quality Assessment department, where the product(s) will be inspected in detail. If any item is found to be worn, damaged, altered, resized, tampered with, or mishandled, it will not be eligible for a refund.
Depending on the payment method used, it will take 8-10 working days for your refund to appear in your account.
