We are proud to offer free delivery in the uk. For customers outside the uk, we apply a small charge and employ fedex to dispatch the goods directly to your door, which will be calculated at checkout. All deliveries come with comprehensive that keeps your purchase safe in transit.

Frequently Asked Questions Shipping

1. When will my Product arrive?

If a delivery date is not agreed upon, the default maximum delivery period is 30 days. Should this timeframe be exceeded, we will notify you with further options.

Estimated timeframes for delivery are specified when you place your order. We generally dispatch all in-stock items within 1-2 UK business days from the date of order, whereas all custom and pre-order pieces will generally be dispatched approximately 15 UK business days from the date of order.

Note: that delivery timeframes are an estimate only, and we cannot guarantee a specific delivery timeframe.

2. How will my Product be shipped?

United Kingdom: We offer shipping in the United Kingdom via Royal Mail, however we may utilise another carrier depending on the value of the products being shipped.

International: All our international shipments are carried out via FedEx. All international buyers are responsible for bearing the cost of the local customs duties, taxes and other import charges. Any delay in shipment caused due to non-fulfilment of such import obligations will be the buyer's sole responsibility.

3. Is the Product Insured?

All of our products are insured with our delivery providers, meaning the products are protected from the time they leave us, until they arrive at the delivery location you selected when you placed your order with us. All products are insured during shipping until they arrive at the delivery location. Once delivered, the customer assumes responsibility for the item.
